DVR Addiction

I have a little confession to make... I am completely addicted to DVR... So much so that sometimes I will pause the TV, go do something else for 10-15 minutes, just to come back and watch my show without commercial interruptions. I know some of my friends work for ad agencies and I am "killing them" but I do not like watching commercials.

My addiction to DVR began when I moved in with Angela (see previous post about the laundry room devastation). She had DVR and it was fantastic... I don't know how I survived without it (gross exaggeration). I could watch all of my shows whenever I wanted. No more watching TV on my computer a week later because I wanted to go out instead of staying in with my shows... I could have a life and have my TV at the same time... Completely glorious!

I asked my parents if they would consider getting DVR when I moved back into the house and they graciously agreed. A month later, both of my parents are addicted too... Haha!

Which brings me to the exciting portion of my post... The fall TV line up is about to begin. I looked up when my favorite shows premiere and thought I would share the TV wealth with my blog community. Other shows are on this season but the following are my addictions... Judge me if you wish, but never miss the following shows (I do however watch them on MY schedule... thank you DVR).

Fall Premieres:
House and Bones already started... You are one and two episodes behind respectively... Get with the program!
Heroes - 9/22/08
The Office - 9/25/08
Pushing Daisies - 10/1/08 (If you are not watching, you should! It is the most creative show!)
Samantha Who? - 10/13/08
LOST - TBA in 2009 (sad but true)
