Aid Sudan 5k
In running news, my next event will be the Aid Sudan 5k on April 5th. My church is hosting it and I could not be more excited to support the cause. All proceeds go to http://www.aidsudan.org/. Check it out and consider running with me. I am trying to get my 9th graders to run too! Should be fun!
It is 3.1 miles and I am planning on running the whole thing. I am going out on a limb and telling you all my goal is to run under an 11.00 minute/mile pace. As always, I will keep you all posted!!!
