Karma?
So as I walked into the Law Library about five minutes ago, I passed one of our librarians who was committing a fashion sin (according to Jen's fashion rules that may not be universal). She was wearing a navy blue shirt, a brown skirt and black shoes. Now, I have nothing against brown and navy blue together... I, however, refuse to wear either of them with black. As I walk past her I was thinking that someone should inform her of her fashion faux pas... And I was feeling a little sad for her...
Then as I found a seat in the library I felt something lightly graze my face... It felt like a hair had fallen out of my pony tail so I thought nothing of it as I casually brushed it away from my face... A few seconds later I still felt it so I brushed it again... That seemed to do the trick for about a minute until I felt something moving across my cheek... At which point I brushed a little harder and a white spider fell into my lap... I casually and cautiously flicked the spider to the ground then stepped on it... Without screaming I might add... I am proud of my achievement... But I am grossed out.... I did not feel a hair on my cheek... I felt a spider web with a spider attached... And it touched my face... EWWWW... Needless to say I am repentant about judging the librarian with a different sense of style than my own... I have learned my lesson, so spiders back off!!!
