Bloghappy
I don't know why I have been so bloghappy lately. I normally post 2 times a week but for the last few weeks I have posted almost daily. Having "blogworthy material" has been nice but I caution you all that my blogging pattern will probably return to normal soon.
As far as today's post... Some random thoughts and events from the weekend:
~ I got rear ended on Sunday. I don't think there is any real damage to my car but it still stinks.
~ One of my guy friends checked under my car using the light from his cell phone (it was dark outside) to make sure there wasn't any real damage. It is nice to have people looking out for me. I get kinda sad when stuff like this happens and I am away from my parents. I guess part of me still doesn't want to be an adult even though there is nothing I can do about it... It is done... I am a grown up...
~ I saw Wild Hogs... I was sad that there was so much needlessness in the movie. It had the potential to be good... and parts of it were funny... but they took it places it had no business going and for no real reason... it bugged me...
~ I learned that Chris does not like being called "Lauren"... Who knew?!?! Boys like being called boy names... :)
~ I got to see a beautiful wedding of two people who truly love each other and deeply love the Lord and embarrassed myself in front of the bride when I said "Have fun tonight" as I was leaving... In my defense it was a reflex and I was not listening to what I was saying!
~ I learned that heavy whipping cream is not butter and it is also not ice cream... Glad Mel ate it and not me... :)
~ I learned that my Aggies can PASS the football... I know... shocking...
