Week 3: Culinary Concoctions
This week I got a little more adventurous with my pictures. I hope you like them! I also made something without a recipe. I cooked a spaghetti squash for 45 minutes on 375 degrees. I then cracked it open and removed all the guts. I used a fork to make the yummy part stringy and then ate it as spaghetti. I topped it with a jar of spaghetti sauce but added sweet turkey sausage and parmesan cheese. It was delicious. I think I have a little crush on Spaghetti Squash. It is so yummy and can masquerade as one of my favorite carbs. What is not to love.
