Cooking 2011/7 of 12/Zucchini Pasta

For my seventh cooking adventure this year I tried Eat, Live, Run’s Zucchini Pasta.  It was amazing.  I had never heard of mascarpone cheese, let alone cooked with it. It is pretty thick.  It is a mild cheese but it tastes great with lemon.  I think it is my favorite recipe yet. Maybe I am starting to get the hang of this cooking thing!?
