Cooking 2011/4 of 12/Spaghetti with Artichoke Hearts and Tomatoes

I love the Pioneer Woman and I am obsessed with artichokes.  So her Spaghetti with Artichoke Hearts and Tomatoes seemed like the perfect recipe for this week.  It certainly did not disappoint.  Four recipes down, eight to go.  Next time I am going to branch out from pasta.  Wish me luck!
