In Training News...

I have been training fervently for the 10k this weekend and today... I FEEL IT!!! For the last three days I have run three miles! It may not sound all that impressive, but for me, it is a milestone. I even managed to be relatively consistent in my timing (not all that fast, my fastest pace was 11.10 minute/miles), which encourages me. However, I fear my zeal may have gotten me into trouble. I am sore today, so much so that my attempts at walking are humorous! I have two days to rest up before the 10k and you will all be happy to know I don't plan to run again until Saturday morning, that is if I can walk by then. ;)
