Bye-Bye Mr. Tooth

Turns out the dentist did not just put the crown back on... Instead he pulled my tooth. :( I managed to crack my tooth and as a result it was no longer a candidate for a crown...

I now have a hole in my mouth that I am very sad about... No one will know it is there because I have a bridge... But my tooth is gone regardless... It was a good tooth... Despite its weakness it got me through at least 12 years of my life...

I am in quite a bit of pain at the moment but I don't think I am going to go get my pain prescription filled (I will fill and take the antibiotics though)... I just don't like taking prescription medicine... If I can get by on Advil... I will...

Sadly, I will not get steak tonight when I get to Dallas... I have to eat soup or something soft instead... I am probably most sad about this... But I don't want dry socket... So I am following Dr.'s orders... Hopefully my parents will make me steak on Sunday instead...

Anyway... I think I will mourn the loss of my tooth today... Then I will move on with my life and realize that it is only a tooth... But for today... RIP Mr. Tooth...
